WooCommerce integration with InPost Von Halsky

InPost Von Halsky is a marketplace built into the InPost app, where an AI assistant searches offers from connected shops on behalf of customers. For sellers, it is a new sales channel. To help WooCommerce shops join the platform, we have built Grafiduo Connector for InPost Von Halsky – a free plugin that connects your shop to the marketplace without maintaining a second product database.

How the Integration Works

All work stays in WooCommerce. Products are published as offers, prices and stock follow the changes made in the shop, and orders placed on the marketplace arrive in WooCommerce as standard orders.

Plugin Features

Publishing and Managing Offers

• Offer publishing – each product is sent to the marketplace with complete data: name, description, brand, model, EAN or manufacturer part number, category, attributes, dimensions, gross price, VAT rate, stock, images, GPSR data and return and complaint policy.
• Validation before sending – missing manufacturer (GPSR) data, required attributes, an invalid EAN, incomplete dimensions or non-HTTPS images are reported in the shop before the offer reaches the marketplace.
• Offer status in the admin panel – a column on the product list and a metabox on the product screen show the offer status (pending, published, rejected, closed, sold out), together with rejection reasons.
• Central offers screen – send, close, reopen and refresh offers in bulk from one place.

Data Synchronisation

• Prices and stock – changes are queued and sent in batches on a schedule (every 5 minutes by default) rather than on every product save.
• Category and attribute mapping – a dedicated screen maps WooCommerce categories to marketplace categories, and required attributes to WooCommerce attributes or custom fields, with a default value as a fallback.
• Marketplace catalogue data – the plugin looks the product up in the InPost catalogue by EAN (or brand and part number) and fills in empty fields: category, brand, model, description, dimensions, attributes and manufacturer data.

Order Handling

• Order import – the plugin regularly polls marketplace events and creates WooCommerce orders with line items, addresses, the chosen Paczkomat parcel locker and shipping cost. Paid orders can be accepted automatically.
• Delivery method mapping – Paczkomat and courier delivery are mapped to WooCommerce shipping methods, and selected WooCommerce e-mails can be turned off for marketplace orders.

WooCommerce Compatibility

• HPOS – fully compatible with High-Performance Order Storage.
• Action Scheduler – recurring tasks run through the scheduler built into WooCommerce.
• Logs – all operations are recorded under WooCommerce → Status → Logs.
• Security – the plugin sends no requests until credentials are entered

Installation and Configuration

Requirements: WordPress 6.5+, PHP 8.0+, active WooCommerce and an InPost Von Halsky seller account with an application created in the InPost API portal.

1. Install and activate the plugin from the WordPress.org directory.
2. In the plugin settings (WooCommerce menu), choose the environment – production or staging – enter the Client ID, Client Secret and organisation UUID, and test the connection.
3. Download the marketplace category tree, map your shop categories to it and fill in default values for the required attributes.
4. On the product screen, enter the EAN (or brand and part number) and send the offer – individually or in bulk from the product list.

Good to Know

The current release has a few deliberate limitations resulting from the marketplace API:

• simple products are supported – variable products are not exported,
• tracking numbers and invoices are not reported back to the marketplace,
